Privacy and legal information
Last updated 25 October 2026.
Who is responsible
The controller for personal data collected on this site is Linda Formiga Lopes · Oeiras, Portugal · linda.lopes@gmail.com.
What data is collected
Only what you send through the contact form: name, email address, company (optional) and message. To protect the form against abuse, the IP address of each submission is also recorded. If you write by email, the data in your email is processed in the same way.
Why, and on what legal basis
To reply to your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a quote or carry out the work you request — steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The IP address is used only to prevent spam and abuse, on the basis of legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data is not used for marketing, is not sold and is not shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Who processes the data
The site and its database are hosted by Cloudflare, Inc., acting as processor under a data processing agreement. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
How long data is kept
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work, and are deleted automatically no later than two years after receipt. IP addresses are removed from messages after 30 days. Anti-abuse records are deleted after 24 hours. Data relating to work carried out may be kept for longer where tax law requires it.
Cookies and storage
This site does not use advertising, tracking or social media cookies, and does not load fonts or scripts from third parties. If you change the colour theme, that choice is saved in your own browser (local storage) and is never sent to the site. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to distinguish people from automated traffic. Visit statistics, if enabled, are aggregated and cookieless.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to processing, and data portability, by writing to linda.lopes@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Protecção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).
